Project description: Located at 730 North Milwaukee Avenue, Avenir anchors a prominent corner site located in Chicago’s thriving River West neighborhood. The tallest building in River West is a mixed-use development project including 196 apartment units spread throughout 23 floors, and state of the art amenity spaces and lush exterior roof gardens are located on the fifth and 11th-floor terraces.

The building features an elegant residential lobby located on the first floor, along with 2,000 SF of retail area on Milwaukee Avenue. An existing three-story loft-construction office building is updated to meet current “white box” standards, including new MEP systems and elevator upgrades. With its large glass bays and sleek steel structure, this dynamic development captures the modern spirit of the quickly-transforming Milwaukee Avenue Corridor.
