Project description: The bookstore renovation is comprised of a full interior renewal spanning two floors, and approximately 25,900 square feet. The incorporation of all new flooring, wall coverings, fixtures, feature lighting, and a vibrant emblematic graphic package is planned. Some key features will include an all-new full-service café on the second floor, a large graffiti and art-collection wall to display student work, a flexible performance area for book readings and music, and a small Cuban-style walk-up window (“La Ventanita”) providing coffee and fresh empanadas; a staple of Miami culture.

This project is currently set to be completed by late Summer of 2019.
