Project description: Commercial Properties Realty Trust and the Baton Rouge Area Foundation share office space on the 9th floor of the IBM building, which is also owned and managed by CPRT. The 22,500 square foot office space utilizes an open plan and includes several special function room and amenity spaces. Dispersed throughout individual workspaces are several touchdown zones for individual comfort and informal group settings, while the war room, boardroom, and several conference rooms allow for more formal meetings. Bright felt acoustical wall covering and natural wood finishes highlight six phone booths for making personal calls. Characterized by the mix of wood, brick, and industrial accents, the bar/cafe provides a fun atmosphere for socializing. The teal color that is incorporated throughout is a branding element that helps unify and invigorate the space.
