Fishman Haygood

Location:Baton Rouge, Louisiana
Client: Fishman Haygood

Project description: The interior build-out for Fishman Haygood, a prominent law firm in Louisiana, consists of 8,700 square feet of office space on the 8th floor of the Baton Rouge Mixed Use Development in downtown Baton Rouge. The space includes private offices and a combination of formal conference rooms and casual meeting areas. The lobby features a sleek marble reception desk with a jagged edge and classic Italian herringbone wood flooring. A unique switchable glass wall system in the main conference room allows clear or frosted glass options to maintain spectacular views of the river, while also ensuring client privacy.

The interiors of the space were dictated by the edgy artwork and bold graphics that are utilized throughout the office. The lobby is welcoming and open with a splash of color on the sofa to liven the up the entrance for anyone that visits. The lounge emulates that same idea with darker finishes and pops of color to create a fun, inviting space for employees to take a break. The graphics in the kitchen give a nod to the commute one takes to get to the office as well as bringing the outdoors in with an abstract take on a park scene.
