Project description: An oasis within the mixed-use Lincoln Common development in the heart of Lincoln Park, Kohler Waters Spa opened in October 2019. The luxurious spa offers the same personalized customer service and expertise in hydrotherapy as its award-winning flagship location at The American Club®, a five-star, five-diamond hotel in Kohler, Wisconsin.

The two-level space occupies the base of a new six-story office building at 2358 N. Lincoln Avenue, across from the Lincoln Common’s twin 20-story apartment towers. The spa includes 21 treatment rooms as well as the Kohler Waters Spa renowned hydrotherapy circuit consisting of the one-of-a-kind Thermal Suite, cool plunge pool, sauna and steam room. Further areas of relaxation include coed lounges and an outdoor patio.

The Lincoln Park location is the fifth Kohler Waters Spa in the world and second in the Chicago area—joining a location in suburban Burr Ridge. All KOHLER-brand spas, plumbing fixtures, baths, tile and related hardware are sourced by the vast Kohler Co. portfolio, bringing a sophisticated design touch to every element within the space.
