Project description: The Boler Company has holdings in multiple companies, but its primary subsidiary is Hendrickson, an international manufacturer of  suspension systems for commercial trucks. The Boler Company enlisted Antunovich Associates to complete the architectural and interior design for a (4)-acre site located within the boundaries of the Veridian Master Plan in Schaumburg, Illinois. Boler's new headquarters includes an eight-story 180,000 SF office  development with a parking garage. Phases two and three will consist of two additional office developments totaling 270,000 SF for future corporate office users on the site.
