Project description: Antunovich Associates is collaborating with Gemdale USA Corporation to design The Strata Apartments in Los Angeles. The Strata is a 5 story residential apartment building over 1 level of subterranean parking garage with 221 units provided in two buildings with designed with luxury amenity package.

It’s located on a hilltop in Los Angeles, California, and will be designed to maximize amazing 360-degree views of the Hollywood Hills, Downtown LA, Downtown, Century City, Griffith Observatory, Koreatown and the rest of Los Angeles. The site is highly visible and noticeable from the 101 Freeway without the noise given its elevation.
