The Venue

Project description: As part of the redevelopment of the former Boulevard at Capital Centre, now coined “Carillon,” The Venue is the mixed-use residential arm to this multifaceted development. Located in Largo Maryland, The Venue will be steps away from the DC Metro and at the center of the Carillon four-season park development. Situated on the former site of the Capital Centre, design inspiration is pulled from the numerous musical talents that once performed, ranging from Frank Sinatra to The Rolling Stones. All of the character and stories found in the history of the site set the stage for The Venue to become an electrifying place to live, work, and play.
The nine story structure includes 20,000 square feet of amenity space, featuring a throwback karaoke room, 2-story fitness center, and techy gaming pods. Every detail has been designed with the history of Cap Centre at its roots while still propelling the design into the future spot light.
