Project description: Antunovich Associates is working with Commercial Properties Realty Trust to construct the 5401 North Apartments, 6.5-acre residential development in Raleigh, North Carolina. Four residential structures anchor each corner of the site, with each building containing a mix of one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, and two-bedroom apartments for a total of 48 units per building. Interior lots provide over 250 parking spaces and covered kiosks to accommodate exterior bike parking, supporting sustainable travel.

The Master Plan also features well-appointed amenity spaces, including a centrally located 6,700 SF clubhouse that houses the leasing offices, a fitness center, and an expansive interior lounge that features a stone fireplace, kitchen, and dining areas. Exterior amenities include a 1,600 SF swimming pool and hot tub within a 6,000 SF pool deck, covered exterior terraces furnished with fire pits and grilling facilities, and a well-equipped dog park.
