Project description: Antunovich Associates collaborated with Hines to develop the Master Plan for Oak Brook Commons located in Oak Brook, Illinois. Oak Brook Commons is an exciting new mixed-use development on the former McDonald’s Headquarters site located on the north side of 22nd Street adjacent to the Oak Brook Shopping Center. This 17.5-acre multiuse project is planned to include:

- Multi-Family Building: 250 Units
- Office Building: 350,000 SF
- Residential Condominium Building: 52 Units
- Medical Office Building: 80,000 SF
- Hotel: 250 keys
- Retail/Restaurants: 5 Major Venues
- Parking Structure: 1,200 Spaces

The Multi-Family Residential Building with 250 units and 450 parking spaces is currently under construction with occupancy planed for the Summer of 2022.
