Project description: West Broad Village is a 155-acre Master Plan located in Henrico County, Virginia, that provides a dynamic community framework for people to live, work, shop, and recreate in a place they call home. The development includes 450,000 SF of retail space, 366 multi-family residential units, 518 townhomes, a 430-room hotel, and 600,000 SF of office space.

The development was designed to integrate within its surroundings and delivers a seamless transition from neighborhood to main streets. The Master Plan links neighboring public spaces, adjacent schools, and nearby parks to give the community space where life can take place at a leisurely pace. Additionally, these connections welcome visitors to explore West Broad Village and interact with its public amenities, furthering the sense of community and strengthening relationships with the greater Henrico County.
