Hub on Campus – Lexington Limestone is an exciting recently completed 566-bed student housing development located just steps away from the University of Kentucky. Lexington Limestone brings a contemporary modern design incorporating brick, corrugated metal, and wood-look aluminum to a major arterial intersection, announcing itself through use of a folded “feature frame” that also acts as a canopy on the roof terrace. A change in brick color, metal channeling, and the feature frame help to articulate the building and create a lively street level at both the residential entrance and retail spaces at the corner of Limestone and Virginia.
