Project description: West Broad Village is a 155-acre master plan located in Henrico County, Virginia. The development includes 450,000 square feet of retail space, 366 multi-family residential units, 518 townhomes, a 430-room hotel, and 600,000 square feet of office space. It provides a dynamic community framework for people to live, work, shop, and recreate in a place they call home.

Designed to deliver a seamless transition from neighborhood to main streets, the development integrates itself within its surroundings.
