Project description: This new mixed-use residential development will include 344 apartments in a 25-story tower located at 410 South Wabash Avenue in Chicago, Illinois. One hundred four parking spaces will be provided along with 8,000 square feet of retail on the first floor of the building. The tower will be replete with a business center, entertainment facilities, exercise facilities and an outdoor roof deck on the 4th and 25th floors of the building. The exterior of the 410 South Wabash Avenue residential development will contain a rectangular facade with undulations and setbacks responding to the immediate context of the elevated tracks and surrounding buildings. The building will be designed with architectural glass window walls and metal panels. Glass railings and balconies will punctuate the facades in strategic locations only. The iconic design will announce the building’s presence in the near southside neighborhood.
