Project description:

The 626 South Wabash Avenue Multi-Family Residential Development is an exciting, new residential, retail and parking project planned for a 15,934 square foot site located in Chicago, Illinois. The property is strategically located within the business district of the South Loop.


The new 626 South Wabash Avenue Multi-Family Residential Development will include 151 units in an 18-story tower with 73 parking spaces and 3,160 square feet of retail on the first floor of the building. The tower will be replete with a business center, entertainment facilities, exercise facilities and amenities on the 3rd, 17th and 18th floors of the building.


The exterior of the new 626 South Wabash Avenue Multi-Family Residential Development will contain a facade with undulations and setbacks responding to the immediate context of the elevated tracks and surrounding buildings. The building will be designed with architectural precast concrete panels, glass window wall, and metal panels. The iconic design will announce the building’s unique location in the South Loop.
