Project description: Antunovich Associates collaborated with Smithfield Properties on Eight O Five, a residential development that celebrates a new kind of “boutique residential” living experience in this diverse area between the Gold Coast and River North neighborhoods of Chicago.

Designed by Berkelhamer Architects, the 32-story tower includes 293 apartments, 108 parking spaces, and 4,044 SF of retail on the first floor of the building. The tower is replete with a business center, entertainment facilities, exercise facilities, and an outdoor roof deck on the top floor.
