Project description: Conceived by a partnership between The Taxman Corporation and Focus Development with the architectural design by Antunovich Associates, Euclid Commons is an exciting mixed-use development that complements and enhances the burgeoning lifestyle neighborhood that exists in the Avenue/Lake District of Oak Park, Illinois.

The development is comprised of 37 townhomes with below-grade parking, a 32-unit residential condominium building with below-grade parking, 18 residential apartments, and 6,000 SF of retail.

The architecture of the townhomes and condominium building includes gable roofs, bay windows, and varied brick and stone facades. The landscaped pedestrian courts that traverse the site provide residents with raised patios, walkways, and ample opportunities for interaction with neighbors.
