Project description: Flair Tower is a new residential and retail project on a 21,249 SF site in the heart of Chicago's bustling River North neighborhood. The modern development includes 198 apartments arranged throughout a 27-story tower, along with 8,800 square feet of retail and 210 parking spaces on the first floor.

The tower is replete with a business center, entertainment facilities, exercise facilities, and seventh-floor outdoor roof deck. This LEED Silver certified project integrates the historic Flair House (located at the east end of the site) into the development. The tower is a nod to a more modern type of "boutique residential" living experience in this diverse area of the city.
