Project description: Home to True Foods Kitchen, Barry’s BootCamp, and Salon, 9 West Erie is a two-story, 22,000 SF retail building developed by Jenel Management with LG Construction as a General Contractor for the project. The design of the project reflects Chicago’s Postmodern style with expressive exposed steel and glass structure. The exterior design applies a mix of contemporary elements that befit its prominent location in the River North neighborhood.
