Project description: Antunovich Associates  are collaborating with Core  Spaces to construct a new state-of-the-art seven story Student Residential Mixed-Use Development, containing 157 units and 569 beds in Los Angeles, California. Located at the 2800 South Figueroa Street, the new mixed-use project will enhance the existing neighborhood and will increase the retail presence along Figueroa Street with 9,807 SF of premium retail area. The project is located within one block of the beautiful University of Southern California campus and directly across the street from the LA Coliseum and the new LA Soccer Stadium.

The new building will house a creative mix of micro-studio, studio, one, two, three, four and five bed apartments, with 103 beds and 29 units on a typical residential floor level. Spectacular outdoor amenity areas will be located on the rooftop and will include a state-of-the-art pool and hot tub. A marvelous lobby, leasing center, club room, meeting space and fitness center will be located at the first floor. 101 parking spaces are provided at the 1st floor and lower level. 5,128sf of prime retail space is provided at the corner of Figeuroa Street and 28th Street with vehicular drive-thru provided for a restaurant tenant.
