Antunovich Associates are collaborating with Core Spaces to construct a new state-of-the-art thirteen story Residential Mixed-Use Development containing 440 beds in Tempe, Arizona. Located in the heart of beautiful downtown Tempe, the proposed development will enhance the existing neighborhood with a prominent retail component along Mill Avenue, and a much needed residential apartment option in this part of town.
