The Hub at Auburn project is an exciting, new residential development planned for a 142,877 square foot site located in Auburn, Alabama by Core Spaces, LLC. The property is strategically located at the corner of Cox Street and Genelda Avenue, just north of the campus of Auburn University.
With a total project gross square footage of 694,101 square feet, the new development will include 337 apartment units with 890 beds on five floors, and the attached pre-cast concrete parking garage contains a total of 950 parking spaces. The lower level features a residential lobby, amenity spaces and a fitness center fronting Genelda Avenue, with residential units with outdoor terraces around the amenity courtyard and along Cox street. The upper five floors of the residential portion of the building consist of apartment units ranging from micros and studios to 5-bedroom units, with a student lounge on the first floor at the corner of Cox Street and Genelda Avenue, and a dog walk exterior terrace on the fifth floor. The rooftop amenity deck includes a pool, spa and exterior amenity space.
