Hub Auburn project is an exciting, new residential development located in Auburn, Alabama by Core Spaces, is strategically located at the corner of Cox Street and Genelda Avenue, just north of the campus of Auburn University.
With a total project gross square footage of 347,689 square feet, the new development will include 290 apartment units with 930 beds on five floors, and the attached pre-cast concrete parking garage contains a total of 950 parking spaces. The lower level features a residential lobby, amenity spaces and a fitness center fronting Genelda Avenue, with residential units with outdoor terraces around the amenity courtyard and along Cox street. The upper five floors of the residential portion of the building consist of apartment units ranging from micros and studios to 5-bedroom units, with a student lounge on the first floor at the corner of Cox Street and Genelda Avenue, and a dog walk exterior terrace on the fifth floor. The rooftop amenity deck includes a pool, spa and exterior amenity space.
