Project description: Antunovich Associates is collaborating with First Phase Development, LLC to construct a new state-of-the-art 7-story Student Residential Mixed-Use Development, containing 79 Units and 305 bedrooms in Los Angeles, California. Located at 3800 South Figueroa Street, the new mixed-use project will enhance the existing neighborhood and will increase the retail presence along Figueroa Street with 9,600 square feet of premium retail area. The project is located within one block of the beautiful University of Southern California campus and directly across the street from the LA Coliseum and the new LA soccer stadium. The new building will house a creative mix of studio, one, two, three, and four bedroom student apartments with 36 bedrooms on a typical upper floor level.  Each unit will contain single occupancy bedrooms along with generous living areas. The third floor terrace of the building will house a state-of-the-art pool. The spectacular amenity areas will also be located on the third floor.  A marvelous lobby will be developed on the ground floor along with a marketing suite. 136 enclosed parking spaces will be located on the first floor, on a mezzanine level and in a basement level.
