Project description: Antunovich Associates collaborated with CORE Spaces to develop a 13.80-acre site in Oxford, Mississippi, into a 582-bed, state-of-the-art student residential housing complex for students attending the University of Mississippi. The heavily wooded, steeply sloping site was developed to house six, three-story walk-up buildings along with 609 on-grade parking spaces. Each building contains a creative mix of one, two, three, four and five bedroom student apartments. Each bedroom contains a private bathroom along with generous living areas. Terraces provide outdoor access from the units and create visual interest on the building exterior.

A spectacular outdoor amenity building is located in the center of the complex, along with the outdoor amenity zone. The amenity area includes a swimming pool, basketball court, sand volleyball court all within sight of a media screen.
