Client: Core Spaces, Up Campus Properties & A.J. Capitol Partners
Antunovich Associates collaborated with Core Spaces, Up Campus Properties, and A.J. Capitol Partners to construct a new state-of-the-art mixed-use project with a boutique hotel, retail and restaurant use, and residential apartments. This 14 story building, completed in 2020, is near the University of Arizona and is a one-of-a-kind urban gathering place in Main Gate Square.
Graduate Tucson features 164 guestrooms, a communal ground floor lobby and café, a rooftop swimming pool and bar with panoramic mountain views, another swimming pool, fitness center, and meeting and event spaces.
ōLiv, with its 243 market-rate apartments, will serve adults of all ages and families seeking a pedestrian-friendly urban, university neighborhood close to public transportation and downtown amenities. ōLiv has nearly 6,000 SF of interior lounge and gathering spaces, a fitness room, private courtyards, a spa, and a pool.
