The new 640 West Randolph Street Office Building Development will include 171,660 GSF enclosed on 16 floors. The Office tower will create an elegant architectural corner at the intersection of Randolph and Des Plaines Streets at this important West Loop location. The architecture of the new Office Building will have a contemporary/loft vernacular, similar to Vista Property’s 609 West Randolph Office Building, exhibiting a modern, high-tech expression. In addition to improving and activating streetscapes on all sides of the Office Building, the building will set itself apart from the surrounding buildings with a unique loft expression.
