Project description: The 640 West Randolph Street Office Building Development is an exciting, new Office Building planned for a 12,486 square foot site located in Chicago, Illinois by Vista Property Group. The property is strategically located in the vibrant West Loop area of Chicago.

The new 640 West Randolph Street Office Building Development will include 171,660 GSF enclosed on 16 floors. The Office tower will create an elegant architectural corner at the intersection of Randolph and Des Plaines Streets at this important West Loop location. An elegant office lobby is located on the 1st floor fronting West Randolph Street.
