John is a Associate Principal and Co-Director of Technical Services at Antunovich Associates. He has over 37 years of experience as an Architect, Technical Director, Specifier, and Building Enclosure Consultant managing and developing the technical aspects of building designs. John applies his knowledge building science, codes, materials, constructability, and years of lessons learned in both new and existing buildings to every project. He has been responsible for the technical quality of various types of construction projects including large mixed-use commercial developments, adaptive re-use and historic restoration projects, retail, speculative office buildings, higher education facilities, corporate campuses, multi-family developments, and single family residences across the nation. In 2019, John participated in the City of Chicago’s Code Modernization effort, focusing on exterior enclosures and materials.
