The new building has a striking 20-foot high office entry lobby at 609 West Randolph Street and provides state-of-the-art boutique office spaces with expansive glazing that offers unique views for all tenants. An amenity floor at the top of the building includes a lounge, meeting rooms, a workout facility, locker rooms, and an outdoor terrace for use by all tenants.
The architecture of the new office building is comprised of a contemporary loft vernacular that relates to the traditional masonry façades of 601 West Randolph and neighboring buildings. The building site’s proximity to the Ogilvie Metra Station, Clinton Green Line, and several CTA bus lines reinforces local connections, encouraging the use of public transportation.
