Established in 1945, the Beach Company has a history of developing landmark properties centered around the ideas of quality, tradition, and excellence. Inspired by the interlacing patterns found throughout historic Charleston, the design of the Beach Company's headquarters reinforces the notion of history, culture, and its connections to the local community.

The Jasper, which houses the Beach Company's headquarters, is a new, landmark mixed-use property located in the heart of the city's historic district. With stunning views of the waterfront and the peninsula, the open office design encourages social interactions and reinforces a sense of southern hospitality. Featured elements such as the staircase represent the heart and soul of the space, with the design reflecting quality and excellence to stand the test of time and establish a sense of permanence to employees and visitors of the office.
