The facility seeks to offer exceptional living within a tranquil oasis by providing the highest quality of service, state of the art amenities, and lushly landscaped grounds with soothing water features.

Antunovich Associates worked with Waterton to renovate multiple areas at the Citrine Hills apartments including: the main clubhouse/leasing center building, the main pool and hot tub, restrooms, mailrooms, the dog wash and dog park, converted the fitness center to a game room, converted the community center to a fitness center, and converted multiple tennis courts to pickleball courts.
