The Park Evanston apartment building was constructed in 1995 and designed by Harry Weese Associates, Antunovich Associates reprogrammed the first floors creating a Wi-Fi Café, Fitness Center, Game and Meeting Rooms, as well as, as new open Leasing Center to connect with residents. The steam fireplace creates a hub for both prospective tenants and residents alike, offering views and bringing natural light into the Wi-Fi Lounge. A new leasable party room was designed at the 24th floor, offering expansive views out over Lake Michigan.
