ARMANI - BAL HARBOUR

Armani’s use of high-end materials and thoughtful store design helps this 2,700 SF boutique fit perfectly within its location on the second level of fashionable Bal Harbour Shops in Florida. The extensive renovation addressed several issues ranging from code compliance to new design and store operations.

A complete overhaul of the storefront gives the entry a clean and polished design, while also adhering to the Miami-Dade hurricane code. Featuring only a portion of its full collection, the store also experiments with new materials on the floor and ceilings. The most significant change comes from replacing the old carpet with floor tiles fabricated to imitate wood boards. This choice of flooring adds a touch of warmth to the store to contrast the black and white walls of the space.
