Planned by Tandem, the new 1044 West Van Buren Street mixed-use development will feature an elegant residential lobby located on the first floor with retail area on West Van Buren Street. The building will include apartments with balconies that rise along the structure at specific units.
The third floor will accommodate residential roof terraces, and the 21st floor will house a condensed amenity package. Three additional levels will provide enclosed parking spaces. The floor to ceiling glass windows and metal panel accents will give this building a modern and luxurious feel, while the brick facade at the lower levels will serve to connect this structure with Chicago's vibrant West Loop neighborhood.
