As part of the revitalization of the 25 East Oak Street building, Antunovich Associates collaborated with several luxury tenants to convert the building into a multi-tenant retail hub. The first of these improvements were completed for Emporio Armani in 2012, which was then followed by a conversion to a Giorgio Armani store in 2015.
