2019 Argentum Senior Living by Design Award

The new structure's exterior is designed to resemble the historic Nellie Black building that previously resided on the site. Public spaces include a café, a great room, a fitness space, a multi-purpose screening area, a library, an internal courtyard, and outdoor terraces. Belmont Village provides a high-end, intimate residential setting that meets all the needs of its residents. Its function required Antunovich Associates to navigate multiple national, state, and local building and health codes.
