The building, which was designed to blend with the unique residential character of Lincoln Park, features a four-story atrium and a generous courtyard located in the heart of the Campus. Extensive use of brick is used on the exterior facades of the building to ensure that the building is compatible with its neighbors and fits the rich historic vernacular of Lincoln Park.
