Lot 24 derives its name from its location at the former surface parking lot at 24th and Railroad Streets. The four-story 96 unit apartment building, along with the highly successful Cork Factory Lofts across the street, helped meet Pittsburgh's growing housing demand.
The community features the latest residential amenities: a club room with bar, fireplace and billiards table, a fitness center, a business center, a landscaped terrace with pool, Jacuzzi and gas grills, structured parking, and bike storage. The apartments range in size from studios to two-bedroom units and are outfitted with engineered wood flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, in-unit washers and dryers, and balconies. The building facade of corrugated metal and red brick was designed to meld with the hip, industrial aesthetic of the Strip District.
