The Morgan at Loyola Station is an eight-story, 152-unit mixed-use building situated minutes from Lake Michigan, and steps away from Loyola University's lakeshore campus. The building acquired LEED Silver Level Certification and contains over 30,000 SF of retail space at ground level with seven levels of residential units above. This exciting project opened its doors in 2009 and offers full-service amenities such as a fitness center and club room, which open up to a second-floor terrace.
