The project was designed in a metropolitan-modernist manner that complements the Lakeview Retail District's progressive culture and is appropriate to the future of the development. To achieve this clean aesthetic, 3030 Broadway uses an expansive curtain wall, metal panel, and architectural precast concrete. This material palette provides a distinctive look for the development as it rises above its neighboring buildings.
