CARRINGTON AT BARKER CYPRESS

Antunovich Associates was tasked with re-imagining the amenities spaces for Carrington at Barker Cypress, a multi-family residential community with townhome-style apartments. The bustling area, just north of Houston’s thriving business sector and the Energy Corridor, inspired the design aesthetic. The design involved juxtaposing refined and industrial materials, rich textures, mixed metals, and locally-inspired artwork to create modern, hospitality-style lounge areas, and communal spaces. The Interior and Procurement Design Studios worked closely with the client, Waterton, to optimize the resident experience in the clubhouse, fitness center, pool area, and apartment units.
